  • Property Claim Section

    1. A completed claim form

    2. Photos showing the extent of the damage

    3. The original loss/damage report from the relevant authorities e.g. the police

    4. Original supporting documents showing the value of the lost/damaged item(s)/cash claimed

    5. Original repair receipt(s) (if applicable)

    6. Original purchase receipt(s) and replacement quotation(s)/receipt(s) (if applicable)

    7. Keep all damaged property available for inspection by insurance company and any witness statement

  • Public Liability Claim Section

    1. A completed Claim Form

    2. A copy of the internal incident report from building management and witness statement (if any)

    3. Details of any remedial action taken after the incident (if any)

    4. Photos showing the scene of the accident and extent of third party property damage and/or bodily injury (if any)

    5. Forward any third party correspondence, summons or writs to the insurance company immediately unanswered

    6. Do not admit liability or make any offer or promise of payment to the third party without the prior consent of the insurance company
